Terms of Service

1. The service

CollabDue ("the Service") is a web application that helps content creators track brand deals, deliverables, and payments. The Service is operated by an individual proprietor based in Canada ("we", "us").

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

3. Plans and billing

• The Free plan includes up to 3 active deals at no charge.
• The Early access plan costs USD $9 per month, billed via Stripe. It renews automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription. Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

4. Your data

Deal, deliverable, and payment records you enter belong to you. You can export your data as CSV at any time. If you delete your account or ask us to, we will delete your data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service — including attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the Service, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". It is a tracking tool, not legal, tax, or accounting advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
