Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data: email address, password (hashed by our auth provider), display name, default currency.
• Content you enter: brand deals, contacts, deliverables, payment records, and notes.
• Usage events: product analytics such as "deal created" — never the contents of your notes or deal details.
• Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service, send the reminder emails you opt into, process subscriptions, and improve the product. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Processors we rely on

• Supabase — database and authentication (data hosted in the US)
• Vercel — application hosting
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery

4. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Email reminders@collabdue.com to delete your account — we remove your data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal purposes.

5. Your rights

You can access and export your data in the app (CSV export), correct it by editing, and request deletion. Depending on where you live (e.g., PIPEDA in Canada, GDPR in the EU), you may have additional rights — contact us to exercise them.
